• Ready-to-Ship Items: Rugs that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Custom-Made Orders: Handmade and made-to-measure rugs require 2 to 4 weeks for preparation before shipment.

Once your rug is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order every step of the way.
