Exactly as described and as appeared in the photos. Arrived a week later than window, but excellent customer service to update on what was going on. Sheds a lot on first vacuum but that's to be expected. Quality is in line with the price, I don't think you'll find a better deal for something similar!

Excellent quality. Shipping took a bit of time, as expected, but no extra fee for the EU which was a nice surprise. I’ll probably order my next one here. An extra gift was also included, which was a lovely bonus! :)

I am very happy with the two poufs I purchased. They are heavy, with good quality zippers and very pretty designs. I did not see the reviews mentioning the longer shipping time until after I noticed a delay with FedEx but the seller was very responsive in keeping me updated. I highly recommend this shop and would purchase from here again. Thank you!

I like this rug overall but it is not without its issues. The shipping took over 1 month to arrive, longer than the ETA shared with me, which was not ideal. The rug itself sheds a lot more than I anticipated. I knew there would be some, since it is wool, but it comes off in clumps and is incredibly challenging to clean. The color and style is exactly as pictured and described. Overall, decent rug but not at all perfect.

This rug turned out beautiful! Such a cozy, warm aesthetic for our Hearth Room, and it really ties it all together. I still need to buy a few end tables, a lamp, etc., but the room feels so much more luxe and whole. I shopped for a rug for probably over a year, and I finally just decided to pull the trigger on this one. I’m so glad I did. The service was exceptional and they were always quick to respond. I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future and would 100% recommend them. The price for the quality is outstanding. Super happy!!

This is the softest rug underfoot! Love it. The design and color are exactly as depicted. It will shed some, but that is expected with natural materials. The seller worked with me on shipping so that the rug would not arrive when I was away on vacation. Definitely recommend

These are exactly as shown in the pictures. They’re thick, high-quality, and look very authentic. There was a slight odor when I first received them, but after washing on a gentle cycle, it disappeared. They shed a bit in the washer, but it wasn’t a big issue. I stuffed them with random pillow inserts that I had - they add an interesting pop of color to my living room.

This rug is so beautiful and so incredibly soft under foot. I am so happy with it. The customer service was second to none and they were very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and needed some help with a change of address. I was VERY happy with the whole order experience!
