Exceptional customer service and high quality, luxurious rug. Seller sent a sample of the color I picked, but it didn’t look the same in person. I was able to request a few different color samples at no charge. The final rug is stunning—so well made, looks fantastic in our living room. The entire family loves it. Rug is good and as described.
They are not located in New York City despite pretending to be. This rug shipped directly Marrakech so it did take about a week to arrive.
Everything was fine but the lack of transparency is concerning. I’m not sure I could trust this seller again in the future.
