I love my rug! It took awhile to get here but it was worth the wait. Well made, beautiful warm ivory color and very soft. They kept me informed on when it would arrive and sent a beautiful travel bag set as a gift. I will definitely order from them again!

WOW! I will only ever get my rugs from this business from now on. They did an absolutely superb job! The quality is wonderful, the rug is so soft and is everything I imagined. They also have outstanding customer service and were willing to work with me every step of the way! I seriously could not give them a better review, I will be recommending them to everyone I know. They even sent me a small bag as part of my purchase for free! Seriously such a great group of people working. I’m in love with the color, design, and quality! No weird smells or anything and such an easy seamless process. Good, honest company - please give them a shot!!

Rug is good and as described. They are not located in New York City despite pretending to be. This rug shipped directly Marrakech so it did take about a week to arrive. Everything was fine but the lack of transparency is concerning. I’m not sure I could trust this seller again in the future.
