My initial rug was lost in the mail, but the store helped by ordering me a new one and having it expedited to me. The rug is thick and beautiful and high quality! Definitely worth the money. One of the best purchased I've made on Etsy. I feel like this rug will last me decades.

Beautiful rug! The stripes are a warmer brown (camel) than comes through in the photo and thus more prominent, but we still love it. The seller is also extremely responsive!

This rug is even more beautiful in person than I'd imagined. High quality, such a statement piece. Beniouraincarpets were highly communicative throughout the process, too. When shipping took a bit longer than expected (which is understandable, given how far it had to travel), they promptly provided me with the international shipping information that Etsy couldn't get a hold of, and then followed up with the FedEx info once it made it stateside. All in all, a smooth and wonderful process. Thank you!

The most STUNNING RUG. The pictures will simply not do it justice. The color is rich, the density is thick and it is SOFT. You get more than what you’re paying for. Will be buying more.
