These are exactly as shown in the pictures. They’re thick, high-quality, and look very authentic. There was a slight odor when I first received them, but after washing on a gentle cycle, it disappeared. They shed a bit in the washer, but it wasn’t a big issue. I stuffed them with random pillow inserts that I had - they add an interesting pop of color to my living room.

This rug is so beautiful and so incredibly soft under foot. I am so happy with it. The customer service was second to none and they were very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and needed some help with a change of address. I was VERY happy with the whole order experience! I will order again if I need another rug!

Beautiful rug - even more vividly colorful and special than in the photos. Gratitude to the people of the Atlas Mountains who made the rug, and to the people at Beni Ourani who sold it to me. Very well packaged. There was a hiccup with the delivery that we cleared up without a fuss and very quickly. I’m delighted and my cat is thrilled to have a new place in the apartment to sleep.

Rug was initially different color than expected, but talked to the seller and they were able to help me get to a point I liked. Would recommend a rug pad underneath, and some help laying it out as it’s a big heavy. Great rug though!

Great experience. Rug colour and texture are exactly as represented in the photos. Seller communicates clearly. Rug was packaged very well, nice tight bundle for efficient shipping, keeping it well protected, simple to unwrap. It has no weird smells. Price was good. Very happy. Thank you!!

this is not something to order if you want it in a hurry... it did take a while . I was initially disappointed that the pile was a bit more shaggy than the moroccan rug I had purchased before from etsy However it has grown on me and it is wonderfully soft to walk on

i reached out to beniouraincarpets because other friends had used them and they came highly recommended. i sent them an image of the design i liked, and asked if they could create it in a specific size. they said yes. when they sent me a photo of what was made, it was slightly different than what i wanted (yet still very pretty)... i asked if those things could be changed, and they made a completely different rug! once that one was done, they sent me photos and even sent a swatch of the rug color in the mail because i wasnt sure it was the color i wanted from the photos. the final rug was perfect and i am so happy with their customer service and product. highly recommended!!!
