WOW! I will only ever get my rugs from this business from now on. They did an absolutely superb job! The quality is wonderful, the rug is so soft and is everything I imagined. They also have outstanding customer service and were willing to work with me every step of the way! I seriously could not give them a better review, I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Rug is good and as described.
They are not located in New York City despite pretending to be. This rug shipped directly Marrakech so it did take about a week to arrive.
Everything was fine but the lack of transparency is concerning. I’m not sure I could trust this seller again in the future.
